Special Instructions
The brightly detailed black purse measures 8" x 5" with a 7" chain. Manufacturer unknown. The softly-hued green purse measures 6" x 3 1/2" with a 4 1/2" chain. It is manufactured by Whiting & Davis Co. of Massachusetts, famous for their mesh evening bags. The company was established in 1876 as a jewelry production company that expanded into making mesh purses after Mr. Davis developed a technique to create mesh in the early 1900's.
