Understanding Communication Styles to Enhance Team Work Workshop for 3 to 8 adults

Item Number: 123
Time Left: CLOSED
Description
Are you interested in increasing your effectiveness as a communicator and team member? Are you part of a work group that seeks to enhance collaboration and productivity? A helpful approach is to increase awareness of individual and group strengths and blind spots. During this workshop, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), a measure of personality type, will be administered and results will be interpreted and discussed. The theory behind this instrument is that people with different preferences have different perspectives, interests, motivations and behaviors. Understanding these preferences can facilitate greater appreciation and accommodation of diverse communication styles. This workshop is structured to provide useful information, comfortable interactive activities and time for discussion.
Special Instructions
The workshop will run for 4 hours, including breaks. The group size will be between 3 and 8 adults, to be invited by the winner. A mutually convenient date/time and location will be arranged with the winner.
