For your dining pleasure, the Ohio Sheep Improvement Association (OSIA) and Ohio Sheep and Wool Program (OSWP) are providing a package of choice lamb cuts for your enjoyment. Included in the package will be: 2 boneless lamb leg roasts, 4 packages of lamb loin roasts - 4 per package, 4 packages of lamb rib chops - 4 per package, 2 boneless lamb shoulder roasts and 1 package of lamb Gyro meat. Recipes via the American Lamb Board are included. Special delivery arrangements will be made by the OSIA/OSWP.
