Elizabeth Awalt has been painting nature for twenty years in locations throughout the U.S. Her work has been exhibited in New York, Boston, and many other cities and is currently represented by the Soprafina Gallery in Boston. She has also exhibited in Germany. Awalt was a tenured professor in the Fine Arts Department at Boston College until 2000 and has since taught at the Museum School in Boston and at the Concord Art Association. Her work is in many private and public collections including the DeCordova Museum, Lincoln, MA; Rose Art Museum, Brandeis University; Boston Public Library; and the Snite Museum at the University of Notre Dame. Her work is also in many corporate collections.
