The Banta's will treat up to 8 people to fresh ingredients, assertive flavors,
deliciously wrapped in a Hawaiian state of mind. Together, Gary and Anne will recreate Roy Yamaguchi's Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine which blends fresh local ingredients with European sauces and bold Asian spices, always
with a focus on seafood. And yes, we will create Roy's signature Melting
Hot Chocolate Soufflé. All of this, and Mohitos too!
