Mediterraneo Design Center, Inc. (MDC) is a Design and Build firm established in Menlo Park in 1992. MDC provides an all inclusive service for new custom homes, remodels, and additions.
The Design/Build team includes several professional associates (designers, architects, engineers and contractors) who can take a residential project from conceptual design through the final construction details. Weekly meetings during the design and construction phases address all issues including budgets, selection of materials, and schedules.
