When SKIPJACK'S opened more than 16 years ago in Brookline, MA, New England diners expected a seafood restaurant to serve lobster, scrod and not much else. SKIPJACK'S owner Jeff Senior was determined that his restaurant would be different. From the beginning, SKIPJACK'S was devoted to introducing Bostonians to a wide variety of the freshest seafood from around the world and offering it at the best prices. SKIPJACK'S was the first Boston area restaurant to offer orange roughy, Mahi Mahi and a wide variety of Pacific seafood. SKIPJACK'S also originated blackened tuna sashimi.
