Join Venture Outdoors Founder and Executive Director, Mike Schiller, on a guided non-strenuous walk through Raccoon Creek State Park (or Frick Park, if desired) to discover all the many things you can find in the woods to eat. We'll explore a variety of ecosystems and talk about dozens of wild edibles, tasting some as we go and discussing various means of harvesting and preparation. After the walk, Mike will prepare a four-course lunch (appetizer, salad, entrée, dessert) and beverages all from wild edibles for your dining enjoyment. This trip must be used between April 15 and September 15.
