You will be provided a post card for you to complete and return to Motivation Advantage, Inc. to activate your dining discount program. These discounts are valid for a full year to over 1200 restaurants nationwide.

If you choose to travel via air at any time during the year, you may utilize our Air Advantage discount program.
Fuel Advantage Card:
You will receive a fuel card for free gasoline upon confirmation of your vacation request, which can be used at your choice of several national oil companies.
Special Instructions
Travel must be booked and completed prior to expiration of September 1, 2006.
Properties do sell out, especially during holidays and major events, so advance reservations are suggested. Hotel nights must be used consecutively. Additional nights may be purchased at the traveler's expense. Transportation to and from location are not included in this package.
Winning bidder will need to complete a vacation request form and submit to Motivation Advantage, Inc. The form must arrive at the Motivation Advantage office at least 28 days prior to departure date; no earlier than 6 months.
