Your child, 4 friends, and their teddy bears are cordially invited to an afternoon of tea and cupcakes with Cowper English teacher Sarah Catt. She will help the kids bake and decorate cupcakes for their party, and play games while the cupcakes bake! This event can be held at your home or the Philippe home in RWC.
