This 8 x 10 photograph of astronaut COL William Pogue in his space suit is signed by the astronaut, and includes his full biography on the reverse side. COL pogue was the pilot of Skylab 4 and logged over 2000 hours in space.
Special Instructions
Skylab 4 was launched on November 16, 1973 with astronauts Gerald Carr, William Pogue and Edward Gibson aboard, returning to earth on February 8, 1974. Last of the Skylab missions, it included observation of the Comet Kohoutek among numerous experiments. Completed 1,214 Earth orbits and four EVAs totalling 22 hours, 13 minutes.
