The Parkside Holiday Brownstone belongs to the Christmas in the City series by Department 56. It is a Holiday 2002 Special Edition. The set of four includes building and "Last String of Lights" accessory, City Lit Bare Branch Tree with adapter and snow. Lamp and rooftop tree are separate in the box.


This D56 house was donated direct from the store that carried them and has never been used.
