Award winning Chef Rick Kangas has a palette matched by few. As the former chef of the acclaimed Grouse Mountain Grill, Rick now offers herb rubs (Rick's Rubs) that are taking off in specialty stores here and in Canada. He's added mouth-watering chips, smoked cheese and fresh made butter and breads with more to come. Rick and partner Stefan Poulis have opened Chef's Corner, a chic mountain restaurant, becoming the best place for breakfast or lunch in a beautiful setting. Dinner's are private for a minimum of 12.
