Description

You will learn to cook different items by watching food specialist Jamie St. Laurent prepare a gourmet meal, by asking questions, and by sampling the food. Pick the class that best suits your taste, with a different class and menu every month.
Special Instructions
Classes are two hours in length and almost always held on Wednesday nights. You must call ahead to get the schedule of classes and details in order to pick the class that best suits you! The gift certificate is redeemable for any class in 2007 excluding the October Holiday Class.
