Prepare a 3-course dinner (menu of your choosing) and learn the techniques, principles and short-cuts taught to budding professional chefs. Emphasis on fun and practicality as well as fresh ingredients, menu balance and basic techniques. "Taught" by an enthusiastic but rusty graduate of the Cordon Bleu in Paris.

Class to be scheduled at a mutually convenient time at my house. Includes ingredients (food & beverages), recipes, and equipment, but participants can bring their own knives.
