Special Instructions
1. The auction item provided is non-negotiable in terms of number of occupants. The property accommodates two to six guests.
2. The dates of travel must occur from mid-February to mid-December -- within 1 year of auction date.
3. A fully-refundable $1000 security deposit (not included in the auction price) is required, and housecleaner gratuity, both to be paid by the winning bidder(s).
4. The winning bidders sign a standard rental agreement.
5. This item is non-transferable to another event or charity.
