This certificate entitles the bearer to a 3-course gourmet dinner for two, brought to your home already prepared, requiring only final touches. The meal begins with spinach salad with balsamic vinaigrette, followed by either pesto encrusted chicken with asparagus and basil rice pilaf or lobster stuffed shells, and for dessert there is white cheesecake mousse parfait, fresh fruit, and Champagne.
