Leena Jayaswal's work has been nationally recognized in galleries
around the country, including the Arthur M. Sackler Gallery, The
Washington Project for the Arts/ Corcoran Gallery of Art and the
International Visions Gallery. She was an invited guest to display her
work at the India Mela in Maryland. Her slides are a part of the
collection of the Asian American Arts Centre in New York.Leena has
worked for famed photographer, Mary Ellen Mark, and with the Sandra
Berler Gallery for many years. She is currently working on three short
video documentaries in collaboration with the Goethe Institute, which
will be broadcasted in Germany, and one longer documentary about a
second generation Indian American woman.
