The Albany Kripalu Yoga Center offers more than 70 classes per week in 8 locations throughout the Capital District. AKYC, a not-for-profit organization that has served the community for thirty years, offers classes and workshops in: Kripalu, Anusara, Iyengar and Ashtanga Yoga; as well as Pilates, Tai Chi and Meditation. We also offer specialty classes, including: Gentle Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Itsy Bitsy Yoga and Noon Yoga. We truly offer yoga for everybody.
