Thom and Marry Ramsey will be offering their Marco Island, Florida condo during May-July, 2007 to the winning bidder. The condo accommodates six people.

It is situated directly on Tiger Tail beach, with dramatic 270 degree views of the beach and nearby wildlife area, from the south to the north. The sunsets from the large deck are breathtaking.

There are two bedrooms and two baths. There is a master bedroom with an in suite bath. The second bedroom has twin beds. The living room has a large pull-out bed.

The condo's interior is "modern" but laid-back, cozy and comfortable!

The property is located in the South Seas complex. Guests will have access to the swimming pool, tennis courts and work-out facilities.
