This might include the chance to learn or improve a ritual skill, the opportunity to ask some of those Jewish questions you were too embarrassed to ask, assistance in developing a plan for learning about an area of Jewish study, or help in writing a d'var Torah for you to offer at a family simcha.
This offer does not include performing any formal lifecycle events - although it could include creating an individual ritual (e.g. to mark retirement, the completion of chemotherapy or hanukat habayit, the dedication of a house).
