A 20-week healthy liefstyles program that focuses on weight loss/weight management. This is not a diet, but a program that provides nutritional counseling, as well as components on stress management, relationships and eating, heart health, exercise/physical activity. An intake and discharge evaluation is conducted that includes one-on-one time with an exercise specialist, nutritionist and healthy living coach. The program is medically supervised by our Medical Director.
