Clark and Henrik of Colonial Wines and Spirits will provide a six course dinner paired with appropriate wines. The meal will be prepared in their home by Henrik Thostrup, co-owner. Henrik was educated in culinary arts in his native Denmark where he was certified as "Executive Chef" and awarded the Bronze medal in Culinary Arts. He has also studied Culinary Arts and Wine in Holland, Germany, and here in the United States. Your Service Captain will be Clark Trim, co-owner. Clark attended the University of Houston, Conrad Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management, and over the past 25 years has extensively studied Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, and Wine here, in Holland, and in Germany. Clark and Henrik have both directed the food, beverage, and service management, of wonderful facilities spanning three continents.
