Monroe County is often called the “Switzerland of Ohio.” It was settled around 1800 by a group of Swiss immigrants who were flat boating down the Ohio River to a new home further west. They made land in Monroe County one night and fell in love with an area. Many travelers have been falling in love with Monroe County ever since. People don’t move about in flat boats today, but if you like camping or motor home travel the Monroe County Farm Bureau invites you to bid on a four-day, three night package to Sonny Block’s Shadow Lake Resort near Malaga, Ohio. Included with your stay is an 18-hole golf package for two.

Payment Terms: Certified check, money order, Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Auction participants having the winning bid will be notified in person or by e-mail with final payment instructions.
Item Delivery Charge: A flat $10.00 fee to cover shipping and handling will be added to winning bid. Item will be sent directly to the respective auction participant via United Parcel Service.
