Yoga package includes 5 free classes (plus one free intro class if you've never visited the studio before!), a yoga mat, and a Fresh Yoga bag. Studio owner Heidi Sormaz has her PhD in psychology from Yale, and is an expert on the influence of arousal and attention on performance, how anxiety affects thinking, stress management, and performance in pressure situations. She has more than 10 years of experience designing and leading seminars on stress management, meditation, and educator training.
