This Get Up & Go! Certificate entitles the recipient to four nights of accommodations in a standard hotel room on the Island of Oahu, HI. Accommodations are for two adults 21 years of age or older and up to two children under age 18. Accommodations are based on availability. Certificate must be activated within 45 days of receipt by phone, fax, mail or online. The activated certificate is valid until February 28, 2007. Travel must be completed before the expiration date. The certificate is for hotel accommodations only and does not include transportation, parking fees, airfare, room taxes. meals or any other miscellaneous expenses.
