THE TOP 20 BIDDERS WILL WIN TICKETS FOR 4. The nonprofit All Stars Project's mission is to promote human development through the use of an innovative performance-based model. The All Stars creates outside of school, educational and performing arts activities for thousands of poor and minority young people. It sponsors community and experimental theatre, develops leadership training and pursues volunteer initiatives that build and strengthen communities. The All Stars Project is located on 42nd Street in a 31,000 square foot, two-floor performing arts complex that includes three theaters, rehearsal spaces, scenic and costume shops, offices and a café.
