Seven generations of the family have cultivated the La Freynelle vineyards since 1789. Today, Veronique Barthe manages the 125-acre vineyard, planted on clay and limestone hills and situated in the heart of the Entre-Deux Mers region.

You'll find this wine near-purple in color with bright aromas of cassis and blackberries. Medium-bodied, with rip plummy fruit, it will provide immediate gratification yet benefit from a 3-5 year stay in your damp, dark and cool cellar!
