This lush pastel catches the afternoon light on a marina which could be anywhere - in this case upriver from the city of Sydney, Australia. The shadows and water reflections drew Nancy's eye to the scene.

Nancy Walsh is a watercolor and pastel artist who believes in letting "paintings speak for themselves." While Nancy is a Vermont artist, her long periods of living in France have enriched both her eye and palette. She has had exhibitions of her work both locally and in France.
