Marc Nadel's illustrations, portraits and caricatures have appeared in hundreds of children's books, magazines, and newspapers. His book Carl Sandburg: Adventures of a Poet by Penelope Niven (Harcourt) was chosen one of the best children's books by the New York Public Library, and by Book Links and earned starred reviews. His long running book series Top Secret Adventures for Highlights for Children received the Distinguished Achievement Award for Excellence from the Educational Press Association of America. Mr. Nadel also teaches Drawing and Art History at Champlain College.
