"Familiar Wild Flowers, Figured and Described." Hulme released his volumes over time.
Color plates are so beautiful you can almost smell the scent of the flower on the page. A terrific addition to any library, but especially to the lovers of wild flowers. Volumes were published in London by Cassell and Company, and sell for hundreds of dollars when sets are available. We can date the release of these books by the inscription on the front cover, which notes they were given as a "good conduct prize" in 1901.
