Description

(PREVIEW ONLY) Spend a long "Couples Week-end" on Chappy in a showcase house featured in Keith Moskow's "The Houses of Martha's Vineyard."

Located on protected land within the Trustees of Reservations at the eastern end of Chappaquiddick Island, the home is surrounded by rolling moors covered with wild grasses and bayberry bushes. Brett Donham, AIA designed this 3,000 square foot house and Revels Board member Ray Warner built it to fit within this unique landscape.

Extensive decks and a glazed cupola containing the master bedroom suite offer views to these moors and the water beyond. A private beach and kayaks (available for your use) complete the picture.

You'll need a car or, if you are able, you can pack light and bike from the ferries. There are no restaurants or food sources on the island so you will need to take the Chappy Ferry back to Edgartown for those needs.

Special Instructions

Weekend dates can be in mid summer (Friday -- Monday night). Specific arrangements to be made with the owner for one, two or three couples. No smoking or children. Valid until March 11, 2007.
