Meet with Yoga Therapist, Antonio Sausys for three (3) one and a half (1-1/2) hour Yoga Therapy Sessions. The three sessions will include an interview in the first session, a Sadhana (practice or routine) in the second session that will help you improve an existing condition, physical or mental, or maintain your existing good health, and in the third session the Sadhana is reviewed and modified as needed.
