This is a perfect beginning to a lifelong practice of yoga! The package includes a yoga mat(standard size, a nice gray and eggplant color), yoga brick (gray), and strap(these last two items help us less flexible folks with some of the postures). The package includes two DVDs. One is a simple introduction to yoga, and the other is titled "Yoga for Weight Loss" (but it is really just a good beginner to intermediate program that is easy to follow). All products are made by Gaiam, one of the leaders in yoga essentails.
