Sun Valley Mom and amateur chef Diane Pollock will prepare a wonderful Japanese handroll buffet in your home for you and two other couples. Provided will be various kinds of sushi fish,(Salmon, Tuna, Yellowtail, Unagi, Tobiko) rice, condiments, and sake, prepared and laid out buffet style. Everyone will learn how to roll their own cone shaped rolls, then the feast will begin! Make as many different combos as you can, and eat Handrolls until you can't eat another bite!
