We teach effective, street proven self-defense skills to men women and children. We balance student safety with learning what is effective in dealing with physical assaults. Our reality based martial art system, Freestyle, is unique because it stresses striking, grappling, and scenario based self-defense. Our goal is to provide a nurturing, fun environment, where students are challenged to grow mentally and physically, developing strength, confidence and good health.
