We teach men, women and children a mixed martial art that we call Freestyle. It is an eclectic martial arts system based on eastern and western disciplines. Boxing and grappling (wrestling) are combined with Muay Thai, Jiu-jitsu, Russian Sambo and Judo to create an effective street self-defense arsenal that is equally effective standing or on the ground. Ni Do Ryu ("two road style") is the founding name of our style and is what you see written in Japanese on our logo.
