Description
A detailed, professional numismatic (coin collection/accumulation) appraisal requiring up to 15 hours of effort. This appraisal will evaluate each coin's country of origin, denomination, precious metal content, condition (grade), and value. Value will be assigned in terms of the amount a coin dealer would offer to purchase the coin. All regular issue US and foreign coins back to the year 1600 can be appraised.
Special Instructions
Mike Strub has been a coin collector for 29 years, and has been buying and appraising collections for 26 years. He has been a mail-order coin dealer since 1997, and has extensive experience with U.S. and world coins, as well as American tax tokens. Mike is a director of the Michigan State Numismatic Society and the editor of their quarterly magazine, "The MichMatist". He is also a member of the American Numismatic Association, Central States Numismatic Society, the American Tax Token Society, Lincoln Coin Club, and Marysville Coin Club.
The winning bidder should call for an appointment. Mike is available to perform the appraisal at the location of your choice, as far as 200 miles from the Detroit metropolitan area. However, travel time beyond the first hour (each way) is deducted from the 15 hours of appraisal time.
