The 2003 Chardonnay, has a seductive aroma that almost visibly wafts out of the glass to meet you like a genie out of its bottle.

This concentrated and balanced wine begins with a seductive bouquet of pineapple and jasmine, followed on the palate by white peaches, minerality and a hint of nuttiness. We prevent malolactic fermentation, giving our Chardonnay sufficient crispness and acidity to balance the wine's concentrated fruit and to pair well with food.
