Come Experience the Bay Area's original Barre Class! The Dailey Method is a unique combination of ballet barre work, core strengthening, yoga and orthopedic exercises. This challenging one-hour class effectively strengthens, tones, and lengthens the entire body. Light weights are utilized to define the upper body while mat and ballet barre work target the thighs, seats and abdominals. Package provides 10 classes at the Corte Madera facility within 6 months. Not available to current clients.
The Dailey Method is the result of Jill Dailey McIntosh's (founder and Co-Owner)extensive knowledge and experience creating the most efficient mix of muscle strengthening and flexibility exercises.
