Cynthia Joseph-Keller is Executive Director Operations Support at Verizon Information Services (VIS). Cynthia is responsible for Real Estate, Procurement/Contract Management, Fleet Administration and Supplier Diversity. These responsibilities include the administration, maintenance, space planning/design, and project management of VIS leased and owned properties, purchasing goods and services, contract management, supplier diversity, and the administration of company owned and leased vehicles. In addition, her position involves developing measurements to monitor process improvements and efficiencies.
