Danny Wade serves as Sr. Vice President, Quality, Services and Operations -- North America. His responsibilities include overall quality strategy and initiatives, Customer facing service related activities including deploy, maintain & operate and finally end-to-end Supply Chain/Operations activities in North America.

Prior to his latest position, Mr. Wade served as Group Vice President & COO for the Optical Network Division -- USA. Prior to that, he served as Group Vice President of Operations for Alcatel USA (1999 to August 2002) and represented Alcatel Americas on operations strategy and direction. In this role he was responsible for the end-to-end supply chain for Alcatel USA, which supports $1.5B in annual revenue.

Mr. Wade joined DSC Communications Corporation in June 1990 as Director of Materials and Component Engineering. He was promoted to Vice President of Operations Engineering, with responsibility for numerous corporate and operations support engineering functions. Prior to Alcatel's acquisition of DSC Communications, Mr. Wade also served as Vice President of DSC's European operations activities located in Denmark and Ireland.

Mr. Wade began his career in a variety of managerial and technical positions for AT&T Network Systems in Oklahoma City from 1983 to 1990.

Mr. Wade has a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering from the University of Oklahoma, as well as graduate studies at the University of Oklahoma and Purdue University.

Mr. Wade also serves as a member of the University of Oklahoma Industrial Engineering Advisory Board.
