After 30 years in the computer industry Chef Richard decided to change paths and follow his true passion, cooking. He attended Promise Jobs Culinary School, and then went on for more formal training at the world-renowned Johnson and Wales University. In addition to traditional culinary courses he also studied wines of the world and took many nutrition food courses and cooked with many world renowned chefs including Gary Neff of Jenny Craig.

Chef Richard has worked at the Highland Pavilion, a 5 star classical French Restaurant under Exec Chef Michael Weisswhaupt. He specializes in classical French cuisine. He currently shares his enthusiasm for the culinary arts with the students of Promise Jobs Culinary School and caters gourmet meals prepared especially to his clients desires and served in their homes.
