Special Instructions
At age 18, Christopher began his culinary career under Chef James Weaver. Christopher sought his first job in the culinary world as an un-paid pastry apprentice at the esteemed, Zagat rated restaurant, Panico's in New Brunswick, New Jersey. He later expanded his horizons and ventured west where he worked as a chef in Colorado based restaurants including the Bakery Café, Josef's Restaurant and Giovanni's Grand Café (at the Grand Butte Hotel).
Chef Christopher was formally trained and educated at the world renowned Culinary Institute of America (C.I.A) based in Hyde Park, New York. Following his C.I.A. graduation, Christopher continued to master his culinary craft working in San Diego California based restaurants Blue Point, Tupelo, Dakota Grill and Kemo Sabe.
Returning back to his home in New Jersey he brought his expertise to The Dining Room (at the Forsgate Country Club) under Chef Billy Zingraf and The Raven and the Peach under Chef Urs Moser.
