The apartment has two bedrooms, one has a Queen bed and one has a Queen pull out couch and two full baths. Apartment sleeps a maximum of four. There is a full kitchen (and dozens of the worlds greatest restaurants in the surrounding area), living room and dining room. You are on the penthouse level and the view of the East River, 59th Street Bridge and Roosevelt Island is fabulous.
To help you find your way around the city you will be getting the executive set of Zagat Guides, including America's Great Restaurants. Enjoy an evening of comedy at Roger Dangerfield,s located a few blocks away on First Avenue.Come and Enjoy.

Residents own cats and although the cats will not be there it is suggested that allergic individuals not bid on this item. There is a totaly refundable $300.00 deposit required. Time will be mutually decided upon by winner and apartment owner.
