Two gift certificates for the Seafood Cooking Class at Bridgewater Wegmans. Grab a friend and learn how to cook those gifts from the sea. This class will provide students with hands-on experience in either Pan Searing, Poaching and Steaming or Grilling. Each class is 1 1/2 hours long and they are offered at the Cooking Coach Station by the Seafood Department.
