For arts patrons with a sense of adventure, join On the Boards' artistic staff and board of directors for a special insider's view of the Time-Based Art Festival opening weekend at the Portland Institute for Contemporary Art, September 8-10, 2006. Throughout the weekend, Portland will be overrun with theatre, visual art, dance, film, music, and image in every conceivable location: under bridges, over rivers, between cafés, on stages, and throughout the city. The package includes two complimentary festival passes to get a "sneak peek" at some of the region's most exciting young artists and companies on the national and international scene, plus after-parties with staff and a chance to meet Mark Russell at a special On the Boards-sponsored event. This Time-Based Art package also includes roundtrip train travel between Seattle and Portland
