Wendy Howard, Adult and Pediatric Nutrition Specialist, will provide a home visit (Dallas, Plano, Richardson) complete with personalized counseling addressing areas of nutritional concern, measurements and weight recorded, nutrition and exercise goal setting, analysis of family favorite foods from the pantry and refrigerator, and written materials provided. Optimal supplementation will also be discussed. My counseling follows a "whole food" natural nutrition philosophy with instructions on how to eliminate chemicals in the diet and other additives which may contribute to poor health and, at the same time, incorporating whole foods.
