Cooper Fitness Center is part of the world-renowned fitness and health complex founded by Dr. Kenneth H. Cooper. Cooper Fitness center is a full-service athletic club with excellent facilities to accommodate all fitness levels, and professional fitness experts to guide all programs. The center features:
* Over 70 exercise classes/week( aerobics, step-aerobics, indoor cycling, yoga, tai chi, pilates, kick-boxing, water aerobics and more)
* One-mile outdoor jogging/walking track- and an indoor track as well
* Lighted tennis courts
* 2 heated swimming pools
* Basketball/volleyball court
* Cardiovascular equipment
* Cybex and Ground Zero strength training equipment and free weights
* Healthy restaurant and Pro Shop
The beautiful 30 acre campus also includes the Cooper Clinic, The Guest Lodge, Cooper Wellness Program, The Spa at The Cooper Aerobics center, Cooper Complete multivitamins, Cooper Ventures consulting and The Cooper Institute.
Special Instructions
This one year (12 month) individual trial membership:
* Does NOT include new member orientation service or E-log access.
* Offer does NOT include any medical examination that may be required prior to your participation.
* Offer valid for NEW MEMBER ONLY (must be 18 years old or older and someone who has not been a member of the CFC in the last 10 years)
* Expires August 11,2006. Trial membership must be set up by this date (within six months of purchase date 2/22/06)
* Participant is NOT exempt from application fee should he/she join
* Must make appointment to begin membership. Must present official certificate to redeem trial membership.
This item is available for pickup on February 11th at the Celebration Dinner and at the school Feb. 13-14. The winning bidder will receive an email with specific pick-up location and hours. Any mailing or shipping costs are the responsibility of the winning bidder.
