Join us at La Cuisine Maison, an in-home culinary school designed to provide the home cook with techniques, tools, and tips to make cooking more successful and enjoyable. Whether your interest is getting a great dinner on the weeknight table, entertaining for friends and family, or just having more fun in the kitchen, you'll learn new and useful information in a small, intimate environment. Classes are taught by Carol Lander, who has worked with hundreds of professional chefs, many who are nationally-known instructors and cookbook authors. She will share with you the expertise, techniques, and secrets she learned working in one of the top culinary programs in Dallas for almost four years. Carol has been a student at the nationally-recognized culinary program at El Centro College and is a member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals. She has taught classes in her home, for organizations, and in clients' homes for the past two years. Carol also has taught classes at Kids' Cooking Company and the Sub-Zero Wolf showroom.
